What is expected of you?

  • Development and establishment of a customer base in the sports market segment
  • Provision of consultation, care and support to direct customers (installers and fitters) and the decision-making groups involved (investors, architects, planners and public authorities)
  • Project work to develop (major) projects and to support projects through to completion
  • Focussed expansion of revenue through creative and systematic market development
  • Collaboration in the development of new products
  • Budget responsibility for the respective sales region

What you should have

  • Complete professional training in the technical or commercial area
  • Demonstrable success and several years of experience in selling premium products and in the area of polyurethane and epoxy floor coating
  • An established network and reliable contacts within the relevant customer and decision-making groups or structures
  • Many years of experience in project work and/or knowledge of the tendering system
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Considerable flexibility and readiness to travel worldwide
